Executive – Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and carry out electrical/mechanical related troubleshooting and maintenance works to ensure uninterrupted production.
Assist the vendor/supplier(s) in installation, commissioning and maintenance of machineries to ensure proper establishment of new machineries.
Perform timely preventive maintenance and quickly breakdown maintenance of machineries and utilities to ensure smooth operation of the production.
Monitor inventories of spare parts (maintenance and supply) and equipment and initiate purchase process when necessary to keep the production process uninterrupted.
Ensure all sorts of documentation, validation of machineries and calibration of equipment to confirm life cycle analysis and ensure strict adherence to cGMP compliance.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

The incumbent should have B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical from any reputed university.
1-2 years working experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
The incumbent should have effective oral communication capability both in English and Bangla.
The candidate should have sound knowledge in MS Office Package.
Age limit is not above 30 (thirty) years. It may be relaxed in case of qualified and experienced candidates.
The incumbent should be self-driven, result focused with “can do” attitude.

Corporate Account Manager

Major Responsibilities

Scout the market to generate leads for potential clients within assigned territory.
Prepare visit plan for existing and potential corporate clients.
Analyze business opportunity for clients, prepare and present business opportunities to key contact points (KCP) and key decision maker (KDM) of corporate clients.
Assign and coordinate with CSM team for after sales services for the accounts.
Follow-up with existing and potential customers with new offers. Win back lost accounts by offers.
Identify KCP and KDM and Provide promotional gift hampers to build rapport
Maintain relationship with Key Contact Person (KCP), Key Decision Maker (KDM) and general users through different activities on a need basis.
Prepare and submit daily sales activity report in the prescribed format.
Submit required documents like SAF, Trade license, BTRC copy etc. to corporate sales support team on timely basis.

Required Academic Qualifications

BA/BBA

Required Experience

2-3 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred

Required Knowledge & Skills

Good insight of corporate market dynamics
Sound understanding of BL products and services

Icon Manager (Sales)

Major Responsibilities

Prepare potential customers base list, communicate with customers through direct call, SMS, Email, physical visit regarding ICON products
Generate sales lead from potential customers and also hunt for new sales leads from the existing customers
Maintain relationship with existing and potential customer to acquire information regarding their requirement and ensure delivery of appropriate services
Escalate clients problems to Group Icon Manager for resolution
