POSITION : Branch Manager

Job Context

The role is primarily responsible for a specific branch of the Bank with the focus of creating new business, maintaining existing clients, communicating with all other Branch teams and achieving numbers towards enhancement of bank`s profit. This role is responsible to set targets, formulate sales and service strategy and ensure that they are met, by motivating and developing staff, keeping the bank at high standard and dealing with customer complaints. The role is also responsible to ensure that the Branch operations are compliant with the relevant rules, regulations and policies and ensure that there are no audit observations for the Branch

Job Description / Responsibility

• Formulated sales and service strategy for the branch to ensure business growth and ensure smooth functioning of the Branch
• Ensure smooth function of the branch on a daily basis
• Maintain and build relationship with existing and potential client to bring business growth
• Ensure Branch operations are compliant with the relevant rules and regulations and internal policies

Educational Requirements

4 years of Graduation or Masters Degree in Business discipline from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Job Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institutes
• Good understanding of Balance Sheet management, financial ratios and rules, regulation and policies & commercial banking industry
• Adequate knowledge about financial markets products and services
• Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills
