JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the Financial Planning and Budgeting team for the annual business plan and quarterly operation plan cycle for all revenue and cost items which will eventually lead to the annual business plan and Quarterly Operational Plans for the company.
• Coordinate with cross functional value chain for preparation of annual business plan and quarterly operating plan
• Rationalize, challenge, support and partner with the user division; aiding the business partners with smooth flow of information to ensure effecting partnering.
• Responsible for the budgetary management of the company which could be bottom-up or a blend of top down and bottom-up depending on the management decision.
• Develop user friendly and meaningful financial models to capture divisional/cross functional activities and convert it to numbers. Take total grip in financial models, specially balance sheet and cash flow workings
• Collaborate and feedback relevant/meaningful information to Business strategy during the annual BP/RBP development exercise
• Take ownership of the preparation of Quarterly submission of Company’s Forecasted Financial Statement (1 A+4F ) to Axiata Group through Axiata Financial Model ( AFM).
• Support budget monitoring and control of all operating expenditures of the organization through SAP, FM module and CO module
• Drive cost optimization through CEP initiatives by effectively partnering with partner divisions

Academic Qualification:

• MBA/Masters in Finance/Accounting, (MBA+BBA)/CA from a reputed local or Foreign University

Experience & Skills required:

• Minimum 4-5 years relevant job experience in Business Analysis/ Business Development/ Company Strategy/Business planning of any telecommunication operator or large manufacturing sector
• Very good skill on project feasibility analysis
• Very Strong analytical ability and number crunching skills
• Good in presentation, interpersonal dealing and coalition building
• Posses sound understanding of overall Telco Industry
• Efficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
