We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Finance Officer.
In this role, you will:

• Ensure preparation and submission of high quality regulatory reports to the Central Bank
• Ensure compliance with external financial reporting regulations and group standards of control
• Contribute to the development of regulatory reporting systems, procedures and controls
• Prepare the annual reports and accounts in compliance with regulatory guidelines and accounting standards
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders including regulatory body in order to resolve diverse operational issues
• Prepare RWA calculation and capital adequacy under Basel III and stress testing
• Analyse key financial metrics and other regulatory changes for management decision making
• Embed a culture of teamwork within the team and with other teams across the bank.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably in business background from a public/private university
• Professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/equivalent qualification) is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting standards, banking products and industry is desired
• Knowledge of using relevant software packages i.e. MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to communicate with impact
• Open, flexible and supportive approach to change and innovation
• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
