Neighborhood chain store, the concept that Shwapno wants to apply, refers to the chain store that will exist in every locality with close proximity. Accordingly, ACI Logistics establishes Shwapno in the somewhat deep locality instead of establishing on the thoroughfares or on main roundabouts. In general, people have to visit in wet markets, which are full of mud, toxic air, and musty ambiance, for their everyday, weekly and even fortnightly shopping for perishable as well as fast moving consumer goods. Interestingly, people of Bangladesh are welcoming the concept of superstore or neighborhood chain store with lots of enthusiasm and excitement.

- PP demand collection from outlet and ordering for next day.
- Prepare & process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies & procedures.
- Delivery follow-up and ensure on time delivery as per deadline.
- Credit limit, Credit days and delivery lead time determination and agreement with vendors by coordinating with legal department.
- Sourcing alternative location, new supplier for better quality, variety & price.
- Coordinate promotional offer to vendors as per target given by superior.
- Communicate with the vendors for relevant issues and arrange weekly & monthly review meeting.
- Purchase forecasting & seasonal trend of purchase price analysis.
- Weekly purchase evaluation report preparation.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing record/data & pricing in the system (SAP) & EPS.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Graduate with good records/ good results.
- Sylhet residents.
- Very good idea about current market price of products.
