Job Description / Responsibility
- The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure delivery of budgeted sales of cards on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Other key responsibilities of the role include – monitor the sales team’s performance; make plans and take strategic actions to ensure the segmented business target; help ensure proper coordination between Sales, RFC and operations team of credit card and ensure compliance with CBL’s and Bangladesh Bank’s rules and regulations of the card business.
- Ensure delivery of budgeted sales of cards through managing & monitoring sales team.
- Prepare plan and take strategic actions
- Check and validate customers’ applications
- Maintain liaison with internal departments

- 4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline (preferably in business) from reputed universities.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
