Assistant / Associate Sales Team Manager-Card Sales. Cards (Dhaka & Chittagong)

Job Description / Responsibility

• The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure delivery of budgeted sales of cards on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Other key responsibilities of the role include – monitor the sales team’s performance; make plans and take strategic actions to ensure the segmented business target; help ensure proper coordination between Sales, RFC and operations team of credit card and ensure compliance with CBL’s and Bangladesh Bank’s rules and regulations of the card business.
• Ensure delivery of budgeted sales of cards through managing & monitoring sales team.
• Prepare plan and take strategic actions
• Check and validate customers’ applications
• Maintain liaison with internal departments

Educational Requirements

4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline (preferably in business) from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a reputed company
• Ability to handle complex situation.
• Target oriented.
• Multi tasking ability.
• Good interpersonal skills
