Deputy General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to achieve the business goals
  • Set operational and performance goals which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term results
  • Execute sales strategy and lead the team to meet sales budget and monitor sales performance, product promotion and market development
  • Develop marketing plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as per yearly budget
  • Ensure quality production and inventory management as per annual production plan
  • Ensure quality control of all products and services and monitor marketing & sales activities
  • Supports managers with technical assistance and guideline to manage appropriate quality standards
Educational Requirements:
  • The candidate should have Masters/MBA any discipline with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations in reputed institutions.(Marketing back ground will be given preference)
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 08 years of experience particularly on production processing, sales and marketing in the similar industry
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Must have excellent analytical ability
  • Must have good communication skill both in Bengali and English
  • Must have knowledge on budgeting & project management
  • Must have sound knowledge on sales & marketing
Age: Maximum 42 years
